Hey i had a cold this week and a friend told me she had seen an article that dark chocolate reduces the length of a cold. Well, you know i ran to the cafe and got some trader joe's dark chocolate and i've been sucking it all week as medicine. I really recommend it, certainly beats herbs and nyquil. sara
